Permission denied!

When I try to start the game from gamcp in console appear: bash: ./srcds_run: Permission denied !
There is an repairing mode...if I start that show this:
•Repair mode enabled for service #789
•Locate the file debug789.sh in the users service folder
•Use this file to debug this game server

What can I do ?

chmod +x srcds_run

So make sure you're not running the server as root. It will cause problems
