I made a gmod server and its my server but im not owner how do i become owner

plz help me its my gmod server but i show up as a normal player not owner some people are saying like users.txt or something but i dont understand

By the looks of this it seems you are new to SRCDS and the Source Engine. Reminds me of me when I started. Before I can anwser this I will need your admin mod name. If its ULX join your server in in your RCON or Servers Console type: ulx adduser yourname owner
If its evolve its: ev rank yourname owner.

I Have the same problem i use Evolve mod on my SRCDS server online.
And when i type this into console:ev rank yourname owner - an error comes in the console and says "Unable to connect to remote server" how do i fix it and do i need to delete Evolve and use something Else.
