solved.. It was portforwarding problems. My router sucks.

I have taken a look on the FAQ, and seen this thread:

It says that I have to portforward 'Steam Server', which the ports are 27015 on both TCP and UDP.
Is that true? Should I remove all my other ports, and only have that port?
