My server doesn't show up in Master list.

Hey everyone. First of all I want to tell you that I have been searching for a solution to this in over 10 hours last night. I googled, contacted peoples, and even tried to join different servers and get a reach to the server creator. None of that worked out for me so now I turn myself to you guys in a last hope of a solution.

So, back to topic. I came to think about this yesterday when I was playing a MiniGame map with my friend and there was no one that joined. I then asked my friend if he could find the server in the Find Servers > Internet List instead of Favorites or connect through console. He couldn't find it. Neither could I. But when I refreshed about 5 times the server showed up. But not my other 2 servers. But for my friend, the server never came up.

So, here comes some technical information.
I have forwarded all the ports that was needed to be forwarded
UDP = 1200,27000-27015
TCP = 27030

I have forwarded the right IP adress of my computer so that is not the problem because people can still join but the server is hidden in the Master list or something.

Here's the IP of the servers (Yes, it is the EXTERNAL IP!)
213.100.155.103:27015
213.100.155.103:27014
213.100.155.103:27013

So, I dont know what the problem is. None of the servers shows up for either me nor my fiends.

And I have one other question, I want to get a Auto Bunny Hop addon/plugin to my server so it is just to hold down SPACE. I've had it before on my server long before I created this servers. I just cant find it again... And one last thing, on my server, I'm selling Admin to peoples, but I want to sell VIP to, but I cant find any addon/plugin for that.
The VIP Addon/Plugin makes those who bought VIP to get +10hp per kill, a custom skin and some other stuffs that I dont remember.

What's the startupline?

You need to open these ports for the server at port 27015:

UDP: 1200 (used for friends service)
UDP: 27000 to 27015 inclusive
TCP: 27020 to 27050 inclusive
UDP: 27015 and 27020 (default HLDS, SRCDS and HLTV port)
TCP: 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)

For the second server use port 27025 and the thirt 27025 (so 10 port in between)

Also you'll need to make sure you have a region set on your server.cfg file.

sv_region 0

You may also want to manually try setting the master servers.

setmaster add 72.165.61.189:27011
setmaster add 69.28.140.247:27011
setmaster add 68.142.72.250:27011

Arjen, Okay, so now I've port forwarded these ports and changed the -port XXXXX to the right one. Btw, I figured out that you wrote wrong

CentralFrag, I've already set sv_region to "Sv_region 3" because I'm located in Europe. For the setmaster thing I really dont know what you meant there. I dont understand what you want me to do with those. Tell me if they should be in the server.cfg.

Thanks for the help. Appreciate it =) I'm going to try Arjens tips first. Btw, my friend told me something about that my Internal IP is shown in the "Server Info" inside CS:S - Find Server (For him). I've tried to place +ip EXTERNAL IP when i start the server in the Run field but then I get a crash.

EDIT: Btw, Arjen, you told me that I should have 10 ports between each server. If I want to have like 5 or even 7 servers up then? Just saying IF I could. Dont think my connection can handle it but lets say it would. I have 25 Mbit/sec down adn 1 Mbit/sec up. Going to upgrade to 100 Mbit/sec down. Dunno how much I will get up then but meaby 4 Mbit/sec up? Anyways, just saying if my connection could handle it, do I have to forward like 27015 - 27060?

I dont get it, why are everyone telling to open so many ports? If you have, let's say 3 servers which runs respectively on port 27015, 27025 and 27035, you would only need to open the following ports:

- 27015 UDP (for gameserver) & TCP (For rcon access)
- 27025 UDP (for gameserver) & TCP (For rcon access)
- 27035 UDP (for gameserver) & TCP (For rcon access)

Port 1200 = unnecessary.

So, now I've done as both CentralFrag and Arjen told me. I think it works. Though it isn't that many people joining my servers. Do someone of you have any kind of tips to help me make them join the servers?

You can add some bots, it will mostly make players believe that theres players on the server. You can also spread the word to your friends. You can add it to game-monitor or gametracker and then use the banners there on your forum profile here, or other forums that you participate in.

Have a nice bunch of admins that are serious and friendly. That will keep the players on the server.

^^ this ... I've always seen specialized servers generally have a higher player count. 24/7 type servers like gungame, de_dust2, etc.

Well about your bunny-jump plugin i would suggest searching on the sourcemod website or making a request-thread on their forum.

Which plugin are you using to sell admin? I would normally just create a new permission group in the typical admin-plugin with some fewer permissions. :-)
