Ok so it turns out I had all my ports forwarded correctly, or i assume so, in my router setup, but I had TCP forwarded in my firewall settings instead of UDP. So, now it connects and says "Steam Validation Rejected"
So I'm off to the googlewebz to try to remedy this problem, but I'm open to suggestions.

Ok, so apparently my ports are not forwarded properly. You see my screen capture above for the router, for Windows firewall I went into the settings and Exceptions tab. Created one for 27015 TCP and UDP, but still no dice.
Anyway, I went to http://www.canyouseeme.org and it give me this:
Error: I could not see your service on 69.138.148.111 on port (27015)
Reason: Connection timed out
any advice?
