. Also for mods and plugins I recommend using SourceMod and MetaMod:Source. MetaMod has some plugins for administration and such. SourceMod is where you get game plugins and more administration plugins that you can control, like Mani Admin Plugin. SourceMod has thousands on thousands of mods and plugins and can spend hours looking at them, but it is well worth it.

P.S. You MUST install MetaMod:Source before installed SourceMod, if you do not know how to install these plugins then read the wikis/documentation that have. They are quite helpful! Also there are Community Forums where you can create posts if you need help with installing/configuring plugins.
