I solved the problem your replacement servers in Romania as follows:
*For those who use the metamod VDF substitute
"file" "../cstrike/addons/metamod/bin/server"
*SourceMod VDF To replace "file" "addons/sourcemod/bin/sourcemod_mm"
*Mani admin for VDF "file" "addons/mani_admin_plugin/bin/mani_admin_plugin_mm"
cstrike / cfg / MANIADMINPLUGIN change gametypes here at gametypes
*Deleted on run comand -autoupate ..after update
