GMOD - There was a problem opening the gamemode file

Hey, I've a problem with my server and HL2RP.

It says this:
There was a problem opening the gamemode file hl2rp/gamemode/init.lua

I was searching around the internet, and I'll just say:

sv_downloadurl "" (It's OFF)

Autoexec.cfg file:
sv_gamemodeoverride "hl2rp"
sv_defaultgamemode "hl2rp"

C:\GMOD\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod -maxplayers 15 +sv_defaultgamemode "hl2rp" +map gm_construct -tickrate 66 -autoupdate

Please help!
