Players stuck in spawn on round start

Tenchi,

Try changing your "mp_enableroundwaittime" cvar from 8 to 1 or 0. This is a switch, so 0 is off, and 1 is on. This likely won't fix the issue, but if you believe it's something in the server.cfg, it could very well be a contributing factor.

Also if this doesn't fix the issue, check your autoexec.cfg, and also please show us a print out of your loaded plugins.
