Funny problem

Well, I have a rented server at a company, and they have no control panel and there is no timelimit on the server. What happened is that I restarted the server when server.cfg was not uploaded to the server yet. So now, that there is no rcon_password specified, I can't seem to get the right rcon... Does anyone know what the default rcon is so I can restart the server again? Thanks.
