Garry's Mod Server Help ( simple? )

Hello Everybody!

I have a Garry's Mod dedicated server, and I want to "restrict" player models.
I mean, When someone join my server, there is only ONE skin to choose, so if they try to pick the "Alyx model" then they still will be the player model I want.

I tried to remove all the player models in:
C:\srcds\orangebox\garrysmod\models\player
and just added the skin I wanted.. But you could still pick all the other models -.-

So, do you guys know how to fix this?
