so i boot up my srcds server on my laptop, with a tickrate of 70, then i go downstairs to my computer, go to the server, only to wait fifteen minutes and then go back upstairs to find that the server has crashed and there is a vista box saying "srcds has encountered an error and has closed, windows will notify you if a solution is found" 
the error that comes up in the srcds window is:
"steamservice.cpp (57) : Assertion Failed: !m_bServiceStarted"
plus, earlier today people could not join on the ip that people could join on two days ago, and yes, my internal ip was still the same
my server is running mani admin, rpg mod and zblock.
help is appreciated, thanks!
