Can't install steam files... HELP!

Hello everyone, I'm a little new to Linux, but I love counterstrike and want to start up a cs source server for here in the dorms. Here is my info starting off:

DISTRO: GENTOO

GCC: gcc (GCC) 3.3.5-20050130 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.5.20050130-r1, ssp-3.3.5.20050130-1, pie-8.7.7.1)

I also have 628mb ram

NOW to what the error I get:
