how do i add weapon skins on my server?

i have tried put in a c4 skin in my server i typed
"c4" c4.txt in admin_ct.txt file and then i placed an c4.txt in admin_ct folder and then i typed

in the c4.txt file and when i start server it cant server it crashes how do i add weapon skins in srcds server? :O i have puted the resource models and materials in the folders...
