my server is skipping when changing race

if i would of put up default server, it well run fine. a fresh new Srcds with about 12-20 race (default races), it runs fine, but if you would change race page 1 to 2 back and frouth, u well get a little skip or u can call it a lag. im kinda new at this Srcds thing so i dont really know much. just go step by step. thank you.
