Easy. Just write a quickie script that issues 4 or 5 (or however many rpg's are laying around in the map) es_remove weapon_rpg commands when the map starts. This will remove the entities from the game.

Erhm, this thread is very old. And I guess I've found a solution

Also, you are talking about something like an Eventscript script. Which , I don't have Eventscripts on my server.
