Wrote a script for that. First time:
- Upload script to the server or copy and paste it in a file
- chmod 777 css-pub.txt
- Fill in server-ip in script
- Check path ("DIR" variable)

Easy to use then:
./css-pub.txt <parameter>

Parameters:
start - starts server with autoupdate
stop
fast - starts server without autoupdate
restart
status
