zBlock doesn't allow:
sv_cheats 1
sv_pure 0
sv_consistenty 0
- Those commands blocks custom skins, maps, sounds, materials, models etc.
And yes, Quake sounds, admin skins, etc.(And yes you can't add custom skins from http://www.fpsbanana.com, or any other place).

Did you mean to run zBlock with Metamod?
It's not in metamod code, yet.

Calcss.cfg can ONLY be used with a RCON command, rcon exec calcss.cfg
