Sounds Dont work

i remember finding a sound script somewhere in my gmod/gmod folder but i forgot where and when i search nothing comes up anymore. sigh... i wish sound works. the sound works fine when i make a listen server but i want it to work on a dedicated server.
Also when you spawn a civilian does your civilian liek move wierd and all that and Alyx looks like shes on teh cell phone if so i am at least glad it is not just me.
