I was just googling, and a guy was saying(maybe on these forums, maybe you 
), that those computers that have an Internal IP address(192.168.xx.xx)
have that error if they put in their external IP address in the shortcut to HLDS(which I had). I changed my IP to 192.168.1.16(my internal) and HLDS is able to find the port now.
What my next concern is, that do I have to mention my ext IP somewhere in the server, or if I tell my friend my ext IP
