That Xeon information is useless, :/. We need to know the core structure/type, not your fault of course 
, just the webhosting company. I have no clue about cod4, TF2 peforms differently, but I can tell you about counter strike source. With that hardware 8X 2.2, you could get easily about 300 (CSS) slots. Then however you need a crapload of bandwidth to support that.
