). I have to open a new console to kill the srcds process.Yes, it is a dedicated server, in the Hurricane Electric facility in Fremont, California. I don't think they'd filter the ports, because one of our sponsored clan's servers runs, and people can connect to it.
(In fact, it runs/used to run on the same IP, on port 27016. Okay, I jsut got an idea. I'll try different ports.
)Edit: Okay, 27016 and 27017 didn't work, either. Should I reinstall srcds?
