Rough guesstimate @ 50k per used slot. Your limit will be the upload speed and not the PC specs IMO. I help with a popular 38 slot zombie server and when full it uses just under 2meg sustained, so 40-42 slots?

Give it a shot at whatever slot number you want because filling it is another story. You can reduce the slots easily.
