Best Linux OS & How many servers?

Hi there,

I'm buying this server soon:

2.6Ghz P4
2GB RAM
80GB Hard Drive
100mbit line

..and I'm wondering:

- Which OS will provide the best speed and stability for srcds (excluding windows and *BSD).

- How many servers this machine will handle at once.
