problem starting an cs:s server

I have tryed to remove the autoupdate, no luck, and I have tryed to delete installrecord.blob but thean I get the problem that I wrote in the first (its chekking the files, but thean restarts).

I have know tryed the -debug but I cant see any debug log, is it in a nother dir? (Im not hard at linux :O)
