the command to kick bots is as follows
bot_kick will kick all bots
bot_kick "name" will kick specified bot
As for having the bots leave when people joins its bot_quota and there is another one, search the forums and you're bound to find it. Or someone will post it here
. To make the bots harder the command is
bot_difficulty 0 would be easiest
