Struggling with getting External IP working.[newbie]

I've already forwarded the ports, as stated in my previous posts. However I believe I must have done something wrong seeing as it's simply not working. :/

Did that and it just says the same IP as I tried (the one in the GUI screenshot)

I'm going to try setting my IP in a DMZ to see if my friend can connect then, if they can then I've forwarded the ports incorrectly, if they can't... it's a problem with the server set up, or my PC firewall.

I'm having serious problems here and its getting really annoying .
Anyway I decided to "re-do" the port forwarding so its now like this:


Please tell me if I need to do any more.
