Also: remove etb and smm, when running HLstatsX you don't need those mods. Another tip: make the public server tickrate 66 or tickrate 100 max 18 slots. 1 GOOD tickrate 100 20 slot server can take up the full 2 ghz from a AMD Opteron 146. Your hardware setup is fine to run either one.
