Removed -ip from command line, all of sudden the IP address is not even close to mine. It says 196.24.189.218:27015. http://i.imgur.com/AD8Ej7N.png
And after putting my public IP for -ip, it gives me the message "Engine Error | Couldn't allocate any server IP port." http://i.imgur.com/geyGQns.png
