Most routers wont allow your server to show up in the master server list, it'll only show up in LAN. As for the ip of your server go to portforward.com or whatsmyip.org and that's your ip. AKA the external ip. Also remember if you want people to connect that are outside your network you will have to add :27015 to your ip address.
