well, that also depends strongly on the number of servers. you will probably not be able to run 30 10 slot servers... generally I think 300 slots is an over-estimate. of course it depends on your quality demands. for very high-quality war servers I would still set the limit at 2 servers per core, so it would be 8 servers (HT does not give you real cores). that are merely ~80 slots ;-) you can run more, but you will notice a quality degradation. that starts even earlier at 1 server per core...
