yea, like 22 when the bot is selected for zombie... NOW my bro just formatted the server and 455 mbs of ram was tooken by other programs and now my bro just formatted it so not my server only takes up 89 mbs so will that help?

I think the ZombieMod crashed the server, not the actual amount of players.
The RAM amount which is available now, after the format isn't going to boost performance a lot. But sure it would be abit faster.
So what do i have to upgrade for performance?
And is my upload speed good enough for it?
Your hardware is fine. The problem is your upload speed.

But the crash on the server might be the Zombie mod you're using. You could try to disable it and perform the same test which crashed it.
Well idk if my upload speed is good or not but look at this:

I have 6400 kbps upload speed and it says you need 1600 kbps to host a 40 player srcds server?
