@Ontopic: host_framerate does not do anything, it just fools srcds to believe it has eg. 800 fps if i set host_framerate to 800. Keep it at 0, and you should be good to go. Ive heard that the 2.6.38 kernel builds (not stable yet) should be really good if you hve multiple servers running so you might try that out.
