Okay I am having a problem with my rcon, it wont change the map???? im trying to change the map to a normal de_dust2. I have port forwarded 27015 udp and tcp. someone please help!!!!!

Are you using changelevel de_dust2? map de_dust2 will Kick all players, and restart the server.

You have to log in with the rcon password.
