Problem setting up a server.
Well, i've spent about 3 days trying to set up a server now.
And i just can't seem to make it where people can connect.
I've port forwarded everything that is needed, i added ports into my windows firewall, i've made the port to 27030 'seeing that is what it said in the tutorial >.>'

But i just can't seem to get it working..
Here is a picture of my ports or whatever xD

No body?
you should try disabling the firewall completely
Tcp: 27030 - 27039
Udp: 1200, 27000 - 27016
those are the ports i use for my dlink router.

What is your startup line
What do you mean startup line?
These are the settings i used and my servers worked fine.
2700-27050 Both UDP/TCP

Server worked like a charm

-sigh- I don't know what i am doing wrong. I'm doing everything the tutorials say.Sad
the startup line the line you start the server with like
C:\srcds\hldupdatetool.exe -console -game cstrike on...
Not sure about that but i do have.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Valve\HLServer\srcds.exe" -console -game cstrike -tickrate 100 -port 27030 -maxplayers 14 +map de_dust2 +mp_dynamicpricing 0 -sv_lan 0 -verify_all
1. You won't need -verify_all in that startup line, it wouldn't do anything at all.

2. You won't either need +mp_dynamicpricing 0 and -sv_lan 0.
You can enter them in your autoexec.cfg - and then it will execute them before the server.cfg.

3. Do you have a static IP?
Yes i have a static IP.

For the picture i posted earlier 'CSS1' is there a certain name that is needed?
No, I think you can call it whatever you will like to name it.

But I think I know the solution now. You've listned the same port twice, that could might make it unworkable.
Oh, i've updated the router since then.

Grr, really annoying me now.
Remove rule CSS2 and list..s.
Change rule CSS3 from UDP to Both.

Please do not PM me for server related help

Ok, when stating the port in the start up line, you must also put the ip. If your behind a router, then you want the internal address.
