The Turkish economy is very strong with GDP growth of 5.5% in 2005

The amazing beaches and climate make it a popular vacation destination

Turkish summer is much longer than many other European Union destinations that provide hours of sunlight annually

Turkey has a population of 70 million. This creates a strong market for inbound property which means that investors do not rely on international investors for resale.

Turkish population growth is about 2% annually, 70% of population is less than 30 years, which creates strong domestic market

More than 25 million tourists visit Turkey every year to boost the real estate market and create strong purchasing potential

Whether you agree or not with the statement above, it is quite true that real estate is a good option when considering a way to generate additional income, for example when in retirement.

Concerning Turkey, I do not know much about its attractiveness nowadays and if the pieces of information above are still true.

Nevertheless, I found out that Antalya and Muğla where cities that were being preferred by real estate investors in Turkey for the climatic advantages (sun ...), their transportation installations, whether by air or land and their ideal attributes for golf tourism.

On another note, Istanbul, the biggest city, is very much liked and also opted for by investor for real estate purchase since the city is well-known and visited by many tourists.

Obviously, COVID-19 may put a change to all this but this no one will be able to predict how and when precisely so let's wait and see...

Thanks for reading, tell me your opinion about all this and have a great day!
