Client dropped from server( client timed out)

Hey guys,

I got a problem with my srcds online server..

When i am inside the server, and one client trying to enter my server it freezes and i see on console a message : " Dropped client from server (client timed out) ". This happens a week now and i dont know what to do...
Do you know what could be the problem?
