Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket

I have just followed the linux tutorial to setup a dedicated server on a VPS i own. All installs ok however I get the following error when I try to connect. I have added a rule in the firewall to open the ports but cant connect.

Delete your .blob files on your steamaccount(Game installation)), located in: ~/dir/c:/programs/steam


Then startup your game, and try agian. (I works with me, it doesn't matter if the server is Linux or Windows, for me)
Im running ubuntu server and the only directory I have after installing the steam dedicated server is a srcds directory. In there where wuld i find those files?

Client side is ok, as I can connect to any other server without an issue. Yes my steam account is legit and works fine. Interestingly I found that once another person connected to my server, I could then connect but not before!??????
