How to add maps to your server?

Pritty basic. I tried downloading and adding a server but I get this error when I try to upload. Just says something like "internet explorer.. failed!" hehe. something like that.

Im using TCAdmin btw.

Check you server provider if you have ftp access. I'd go with uploading maps to a server through My Computer...like you type in the address box of the window...ftp://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/.
