tf2 server funny gibs

Is there a way to set my server to use the funny gibs seen in the German version? I am aware of birthday mode but that's not what I'm after. Birthday/party mode turns people into presents. The one I'm talking about turns them into gears, rubber duckiess etc... I like seeing the Heavy explode into hamburgers and I'm trying to set that as a server option rather than as a client side mode. Is this possible?
