Just wondering if anyone has had experience with opterons and how many slots/servers do u reckon could i get with tf2 or css?!
  • 2 x Dual Core Opterons (270 or 280)
  • 2GB RAM

Will need to know the ghz Smile
Most are around 40 slots per core I think.. So my guess would be 120-140 maybe not sure though would have to know more info on them

@ ClanWoof, just google the series Wink.
@ Toxicdav3, the 270 would get 160ish max and the 280 would get maybe 170ish. Not much of a difference Smile. Course thats also for CSS, have no clue about TF2....
