New Quake Sound Problem

Hey guy's, yes I saw the other topic but I started this one fresh because mines different. I have a clan server, PFG Clan, 72.209.245.241:27015, with Mani Admin v1.2 Beta I think, and Quake Sounds. I know Quake Sounds is in fact installed correctly, but I don't hear the sounds. I do though see the text, Headshot, and stuff. I also don't have my server installed like normall, mine is in the D:/SRCDS/ directory on my Windows 2000 Server.

Do you have the settings correct in the Mani.cfg?
