SRCDS Steam group

Multiple Server lag on mapchange
I'm running 4 Source Servers on a dual opteron box (windows xp) each with a seperate installation.
As far as I know the srcds is not able to split his threats on different cpus so I wrote a startup script which handles the internal cpu mask and set 2 srcds processes to run on CPU1 and the other 2 on CPU2.

My problem is that if a map change occurs in one of the two srcds processes on the same cpu the other one lags for a few seconds. Thats very annoying for my players and they are bother me all the time to fix this.

Has anyone a solution for this?!
Just use serverchecker (google: serverchecker), it divedes the servers over the cpu's.
