wont show on steam but will show in fav's

I been working on this server for awhile i got all the ports i need open to be forwarded... Me n my buds can join the game from a fav. From outside the network. and it shows up. But it wont show on a steam list so others can jjoin? this is driving me completely crazy and i cant seem to figure it out please someone help me out alil.

If you can join from outside the network, im sure others can.

everyone can join but no one see's the game unless i tell them IP ... i want it public so it shows up on the list and others can join i dont know

OK i found one prob in status its showing my internal IP so thats my prob... but i cant get it to show my external one ? why is that... if i put in the command line i get a udp port error..... and if i leave it blank it goes to my internal ? any suggestions

Ok if i put outside my firewall it works fine. But when i got behind the firewall and i put my ext ip in the command line it says it cant allocate udp ports ? but i got everything forwared ... please help
