Our body we feel a little bit dizzy coming here that's normal just focus on the breath it's uncomfortable to sit on your ankles you put a blanket or a pillow underneath here and make bio x4 you feel a little bit more comfortable just two more deep breath inhaling letting go the valley and exhaling engaging the valley into the back we're going to do a really awesome breathing technique here called yu jie that will calm your mind center your focus antique take your mind off bio x4 of your belly event we're going to inhale through the nose and as we exhale gently opening the mouth letting out off constricting the throat ever so lightly as it were fogging up a mirror or glass is to take more deep breaths like that still letting go of ..
