Patriot Power Greens Give yourself rewards. You can have a small reward occasionally that isn't on your diet such as one glass of wine. Don't fall prey to the belief that you have suddenly blown your diet. It just means that you have been doing well and deserve a reward. Of course this does not mean that you should give yourself a reward with each meal, only occasionally when you reach a goal. Your diet is a new lifestyle, not a punishment.
