Getting server to show on Server list

I'm running a linux source server and can successfully connect to it from the internet. I was just wondering what needs to be done in order for the server to show up in the server list within steam. Do I need to forward other ports other than just 27015? Or maybe add some more switches to ./srcds_run -game cstrike +maxplayers 16 +map de_dust. Thanks for the help Smile
i believe it was something with sv_region (which you must set in server.cfg) but i'm probably wrong Smile
Do you run a linux srcds server? If so, and it is showing in the server list, what commands do you use to launch your server, what ports do you forward, and what it your sv_region set yo?

I belive these 2 lines do server crashes after the vac secure mode is activated line EVERY TIME...its so frustrating...

i always add the switch +ip otherwise that "add server" line says or something of the sort...
Sweet that master thing comes up for me every time. Maybe I'm just not seeing it right. Also, what ip do you put? The internal LAN private IP of the box, or the external ip?
