Gmod server fail to connect

Hey,
This is my second post.
I'm reposting because i don't think my first thread was informative enough.
If I portforward TCP and UDP recieve, I can use canyouseeme and it says the port is open.

Yet when my friend tries to connect, it crashes after four attempts?
Ports forwarded:
27015 UDP/TCP
