Server Ubuntu 11.10 64 bits problems

Hi everybody!
I've downloaded: hldsupdatetool.bin
And i've put this:
chmod +x hldsupdatetool.bin
then:
./hldsupdatetool.bin
and it says this:
-bash: ./hldsupdatetool.bin: No such file or directory
It can be for 64 bits?

Install lib32gcc1 first:

apt-get install lib32gcc1

But what does it do exacly?

The 64-bit Ubuntu system needs the proper libraries to open the 32-bit executable.
