Hello There,

Is there anyway i can send a request to my server without using my RCON password? I wanna make a PHP script that sends "sm version" to my server without using my rcon password? Is this possible? If so, do you guys know of any script that can do this?

how do you expect this to work? anybody could send then rcon commands without a password, that would be dangerous. you can just include the rcon password in your php script.

No, it's rcon command and shouldn't be allowed. It's easy to have php script use rcon, there is a php library available for such things. I think it's called steam condenser
Here you go: http://koraktor.de/steam-condenser/

I didn't say rcon commands did i? "sm version" is a public cvar that anybody can get the output from if they type "sm version" in there console on a server with SM on?
Take a look here http://www.game-monitor.com/GameSearch/cstrike2/Counter-Strike_Source.html choose a random server and scroll to the button, you will see that they have some vars from some cvars. So it should be possible Wink

you can query public cvars with tools like quakestat, but as stikyfax mentioned, sm version is not a cvar technically.
